DEFINITIONS

b. “Contract”: Shall mean this legal instrument.
c. “Authorized person”: Shall mean THE CLIENT, person authorized by THE CLIENT; any of its officers, partners, directors or employees duly authorized by the legal representative in the case of a legal entity.
d. “Applicable regulations”: Shall mean: laws, regulations, official publications and/or regulations of the applicable legislation.
and. “Business days”: All of the year with the exception of Saturdays and Sundays, mandatory rest days, holidays indicated in the official calendar and those in which the labor authorities indicated in the previous article suspend their work.
F. “Financial data”: Shall mean any financial data and commercial data; price quotes, news, analyst opinions, research reports, search reports, signals, charts, or any other data or information that is available through the platform.

m. “Platform”: Site in which the financial investment is managed, whether through its own management, that of ALGO GLOBAL, or that of a third party, and access will be had through the client account.
n. Website”: Will mean the official website of ALGO GLOBAL www.algoglobal.net or any other website that ALGO GLOBAL may have in the future.
ñ. “Annex”: Will mean a document that THE CLIENT must sign, considering that it forms an integral part of this contract.
either. “Beneficiary Designation Format”: Shall mean the format through which THE CLIENT may designate beneficiaries in accordance with the eleventh clause of this contract.
p. “Returns”: Will mean the profits generated month after month from the capital that THE CLIENT has invested.
q. “Invested Capital” or “Capital Investment”: Refers to the monetary amount that THE CLIENT invests with the objective of generating returns.
r. “Balance”: Refers to the financial status of THE CLIENT's account at a given time (which includes capital and returns).
s. “Assets”: Refers to the liquidity or monetary amount existing in a certain account.
t. “Deposit date”: Refers to the date on which THE CLIENT's first deposit is made in order to open their MT4 account.
or. “Initial deposit”: Refers to the amount of money that the client contributes when opening an account at ALGO GLOBAL. This amount represents the beginning of the investment with ALGO GLOBAL and is an essential requirement to activate the account.
v. “Referral, IB, Promoter”: Shall mean the natural or legal persons who provide their services with ALGO GLOBAL as commission agents, including promoters of all levels, managers and directors.
w. “Vulnerable Activity”: These are the activities mentioned in article 17 of the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Resources of Illicit Origin. These activities are subject to greater scrutiny and regulation due to their potential to be used in illicit operations with resources of illegal origin.
x. “KYC”: It is the document that compiles the CLIENT's information that must be provided to ALGO GLOBAL, in accordance with the provisions of article 18, Section I of the LFPIORPI.

z. “Technological tools” are digital resources, devices or applications designed to facilitate specific tasks, processes or activities through the use of technology.
