Step 1: Verify your Security and KYC
Before withdrawing funds, make sure you have enabled 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) on your account. This ensures added protection in addition to completing KYC.
Step 2: Transfer funds to the internal wallet (eWallet)
Funds must be available in your internal wallet or e-wallet.
For example, if your funds are in an MT5 account within the platform, you'll first need to transfer them to your eWallet. To do this:
Locate the MT5 account that has the funds.
Click the three dots next to the account.
Select the “Transfer” option.
A tab will open where you must:
First choose the source account (MT5).
Then select your internal eWallet/Wallet as the destination.
Specify the amount to transfer.
Confirm the operation.
The funds will automatically appear in your internal wallet, ready to be withdrawn.
Step 3: Access the Withdrawals Section
- Go to the "Electronic Wallet" section of your account.
- Select the "Withdraw" option.
Step 3: Complete the Application
. Choose the cryptocurrency in which you wish to receive the funds
. Enter the withdrawal details
. Then click on Request Withdrawal . If you wish, you can save the address for future withdrawals.
Enter the 2FA code and click "Complete."
Step 4: Confirmation and Processing
Once you request your withdrawal, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
