Why is 2FA important?
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an additional security measure that helps protect your account from unauthorized access. By enabling 2FA, you add an extra layer of protection to your account. This makes it much more difficult for hackers or unauthorized people to access your account, even if they know your password.
To enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account, follow these steps:
1. Go to the "Security" section in your profile.

2. In the security section, you will find a
option called "Google Authentication". Download it to your mobile once downloaded, Click on the button
continue.

3. You will then be shown a new window with a secret key and a QR code.

4. Open the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device. If you have not yet downloaded this app, you can do so from your device's app store.
5. In the Google Authenticator app, look for the option to add an account or scan a QR code. This option is usually represented by a "+" icon. Select it.
6.Scan the displayed QR code with your device's camera. Alternatively, if you prefer to enter it manually, use the secret key provided.
7. Once you have scanned the code or entered the secret key, the app will generate six-digit authentication codes in real time.
8. Enter one of the authentication codes generated by Google Authenticator where you will be prompted for an "Authentication Code".
9.Click the verification or confirmation button to complete the 2FA enablement process with Google Authenticator.
Once you have followed these steps, you have successfully enabled Google Authenticator as a two-factor authentication method.
